If we receive your cancellation notice sixty-three (63) days or more before the Tour departure date, we will refund 25 percent (25%) of the Tour price paid to date for clients making payments on a payment plan; or 50 percent (50%) of the deposit amount and all of the Tour price, to the extent that you have made that payment, for clients paying a 50% deposit at time of reservation and 50% 63 days prior to departure.
If we receive your cancellation notice sixty-two (62) to thirty-one (31) days prior to the departure date, we will retain fifty percent (50%) of the Tour price based on single occupancy, Regular Price.
If we receive your cancellation notice thirty (30) days or fewer prior to the departure date, we will retain one hundred percent (100%) of the Tour price.
